With the adoption of the Danish Act on Approved Auditors and Audit Firms on June 19 2016, effective as os June 17 2016, it is no longer permitted for audit firms to assist their Danish audit clients, which are subsidiaries of EU-listed companies, with preparation of the Annual Report. We have during a number oy years specialized in preparation of Annual Reports. We assist many Companies – both reporting class B and C – with the preparation of their Annual Report.
